Eloisa Balderas was born on June 7, 1949 in Xoconoxtle El Grande, Guanajuato, Mexico. Eloisa entered into rest on August 20, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband Agustin; sons Jose Eliasar, Benjamin & Erick; daughters Cristina & Elizabeth and 8 grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Ramon and Juan.

Eloisa's final resting place will be Garland Memorial Park in Garland, Texas.
