She is survived by her loving husband Luis; sons Luis & Jonathan; and granddaughter Natalie. She is also survived by her brothers Paulo, Luis, Victor, Oscar & Rolando; and sisters Irene, Lilia, Alma, Oralia, Nora & Sylvia. Elvia was preceded in death by her sister Alicia.
