Amira Alvarez, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 6th, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 84. Born on June 2nd, 1941, in Havana, Cuba, Amira lived a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and little adventures that made every day brighter.
She is survived by her son, Jesus Jr.—lovingly known as “her favorite”; her daughter Lucinda; her treasured grandchildren Alix, Maria Belen and Rebeca; her adored great grandchildren Emilio, Emery, Avani, and Blaize; and her sweet granddog, Dallas. Amira’s love for her family was endless, and her warmth will forever live on in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Sr.
Amira proudly pursued her education and became an accountant, dedicating many years to her profession. Her sharp attention to detail and unwavering work ethic earned her admiration and respect from all who had the pleasure of working with her.
Beyond her career, Amira had a joyful flair for beauty—she loved keeping her nails perfectly done and never left home without her signature red lipstick. Her vibrant spirit, style, and playful charm left a little sparkle everywhere she went.
Rest in peace, sweet Amira. You will be dearly missed and forever loved.
