Asuncion Bernache Vicente

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Asuncion Bernache Vicente, who departed this life on Monday, March 10th, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on Tuesday, June 9th, 1942, in the beautiful town of Tlapehuala, Guerrero, Asuncion brought light and love to everyone who knew her.

A beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Asuncion is survived by her devoted sons Guadalupe, Eusebio, Marino, Victor, Celestino, and Florencio, along with her loving daughters Marcelina, Carolina, and Maria Alejandra. Her legacy lives on through her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, ensuring that her memory will be cherished by generations.

She is fondly remembered and deeply missed by her 24 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and her great-great-grandchild, who were the pride and joy of her life. Though she faced loss, with the passing of her cherished grandchildren Lizbeth and Miriam, she remained a pillar of strength, offering comfort and guidance to her family.

Her family invites all those who knew and loved Asuncion to join them in a celebration of her life. Arrangements are being handled by Pilar Funeral Home, where the community can pay their respects and honor a life beautifully lived.

While Asuncion has left this world, her spirit and the love she shared with her family and friends will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
