Billy Joe Salazar

Billy Joe Salazar was born on May 28, 1957 in Tulia, Texas. He entered into rest on April 10, 2023 in Richardson, Texas.

Billy is survived by his son Clifton; daughters Dolores, Angela and Sue Ellen; brothers Jesse and Rudy; sisters Susie, Mary, Refugia, Victoria, Ramona and Connie; and 13 grandchildren.

His final resting place will be Garland Memorial Park in Garland, Texas.

Billy Jo Salazar was a loving brother, father, and grandfather.
He spent most of his time working in construction, and was very stubborn. On his free times he enjoyed visiting the lake and playing pool. He always took care of others and more often then not he kept a strong face.
In his last weeks/months it was hard to see what was once a very strong hard working man not be himself.
We are honored that he at least got what he very much wanted in the end and that is to be right with his brother. He’d want nothing more than this moment to be his final one for his loved ones.
He will be very missed, always adored, and never forgotten.
