It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathey Roth, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Cathey peacefully passed away on August 14, 2025, in Garland, Texas, at the age of 69.

Born on November 14, 1955, in Houston, Texas, Cathey was a proud Texan who valued her roots and cherished her family. She attended high school in her hometown before pursuing further education at Blinn Junior College. Driven and ambitious, Cathey went on to graduate from the Ranger School of Insurance, which laid the foundation for her successful career as an insurance adjuster. She was known for her dedication, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail during her years in the profession.

Cathey was a devoted mother to her four sons: Hardy, Cody, Stephen, and George. She was a loving sister to her brother Eric and sister Marguerite, with whom she shared a lifetime of cherished memories. Her legacy continues through her six adored grandchildren, who brought boundless joy to her life.

Cathey's family and friends will remember her as a warm, kind-hearted soul with an unwavering love for her family. Her infectious laughter and nurturing spirit touched everyone she met and left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate to know her.

Cathey will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her love and light will forever remain in their hearts.
