Consuelo was born on September 22, 1976, in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California, and peacefully left this world on February 2, 2025, in Plano, Texas, surrounded by her loving family.

Consuelo was a spirited soul who embraced every moment of life with vigor and passion. Known for her love of dance and concerts, she filled each room with rhythm and joy, her moves as expressive as her warm personality. Her beloved dog, Scooby, always by her side, was a testament to her nurturing and affectionate nature.

She was a devoted and protective mother who found immense joy in her children—Brian, Joshua, and Jessica—cherishing every moment with them and ensuring they always felt loved and supported. Consuelo had an unwavering sense of family, reflected in the strong bonds she maintained with her husband Roberto, her parents Baltazar and Benita, and her sister Martha.

Consuelo was never one to shy away from speaking her mind, a trait that was admired by those who knew her. Her voice was both strong and kind, always advocating for her loved ones.
