Demetrio Godoy, age 52, passed away on May 3, 2026, in Rowlett, Texas. He was born on March 18, 1974, in Tanquián de Escobedo, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Demetrio was a devoted son, father, brother, and friend whose presence brought strength and warmth to those around him. He carried with him the values of hard work, loyalty, and deep love for family, which he shared generously throughout his life. Whether through quiet support or shared laughter, he left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife mother, Herminia; wife Lorena; his sons, Mauri Josue and Yeudiel; his daughters, Wendy and Yanetzy; his brothers, Cruz Manuel, Ruben, and Israel; and his sisters, Marcela, Anaelia, Blanca, Virginia, Elvira, and Yessenia. He also leaves behind extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.

Demetrio will be remembered for his enduring love for his family, his resilience, and the legacy of care and dedication he leaves behind. His life will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
