It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dionisio Perez Mateo, who was born on April 8, 1951, in the Dominican Republic, and passed away on October 21, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.
Dionisio is survived by his loving son, Pablo Mateo and his caring brother Felix Mateo. He was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, who served his country with honor and dedication.
Dionisio will be laid to rest with full military honors on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery, where his service and sacrifice will be remembered and honored.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His courage, strength, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
