Eliazar Castillo

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eliazar Castillo Chavez, born on Thursday, April 22, 1965, who left us peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Eliazar's life was a tapestry of love, dedication, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends.

The family will receive friends and loved ones during viewing and visitation hours at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, TX, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A rosary service will also be held on the same day at 6:00 pm at the funeral home as a tribute to his faith and his enduring spirit.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Garland, TX, on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 10:00 am. This mass will honor Eliazar's deep devotion to his faith and will be a time for friends and family to come together in remembrance of his life.

Eliazar is survived by his loving wife Maria, who stood by his side throughout his life; his cherished daughters Karla, Berenice, and Rocio, who were the light of his life; and three beloved granddaughters, Camila, Eliana, and Giselle, who brought him immense joy. His memory will also be cherished by his brothers Noe, Adolfo, Mario, Leonel, Ramon, Jose Luis, Rogelio, Octavio, and Horacio, and his sisters Cheles and Luz Delia, whose bond with him was inseparable.

Eliazar will be remembered for his kindness, his unwavering love for his family, and his warm and generous spirit. His legacy will continue to inspire all who had the honor of knowing him.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
