Eric Guerrero Lopez

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Eric Guerrero Lopez, who left us too soon on February 21st, 2025, in his birthplace Dallas, Texas. Born on November 21st, 2006, Eric was a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend whose vibrant spirit touched all who knew him.

Eric was known for his kind heart, infectious smile, and profound connection with everyone around him.

He is survived by his loving family, including his father, Jorge; his mother, Jovita; his stepmother, Elizabeth; his brothers, Luis Antonio, Kevin Antonio and Hassan; and his sister, Isabel. Eric is also remembered with love by his paternal grandparents, Filomena and Barbaro, and his maternal grandparents, Jesus and Ines. Their love and support were constants in his life, guiding him with care and wisdom.

The family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Eric's life, beginning with a Viewing and Visitation at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, TX on Thursday, February 27th, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm at the same location.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 28th, 2025, at 10:00 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Garland, TX. Following the mass, Eric will be laid to rest in Garland Memorial Park in Garland, Texas.

His memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him. His family extends their deepest gratitude for the love and support received during this difficult time.

May Eric's soul find eternal peace, and may his legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire and uplift all those who knew him.
