Felipe Ruiz Estrada was born on October 30th, 1965 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He entered into rest on May 13th, 2022 in Dallas, Texas.

Felipe is survived by his wife, Maria Anita. His sons David, Felipe Jr., and Daniel. His daughters Jael, Elvia, Maria Magdalena, Mariela, Ana Maria, Elvira, and Reyna Esther. Hermanos Francisco, Laureano, Antonio, Alfredo, and Pedro. Hermanas Margarita, Martha, Elvira, and Antonia. As well as his 16 grandchildren.

His final resting place will be Panteon Guadalupe Matehuala San Luis Potosi in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
