Felix "Phil" Ceniza Ruiz was born June 23, 1932 in Cebu City, Philippines. Phil entered into rest April 16, 2022 in Carrollton, Texas.

Phil is survived by his wife Josefina; son Jose P "Joey" Ruiz his spouse Maria C.Ruiz nee de Jesus with their children; Matthew J Ruiz (spouse Alison Fanizzi); Maria Carisa Ruiz-Bryant (spouse Sam Bryant) and Joseph J Ruiz. Phil is also survived by his son John Paul Ruiz (spouse Rochelle Ruiz Née St. John) their children Brianna Ruiz-Monroe (spouse Elijah Monroe) daughter Matteya Ruiz. Phil is also survied by his daughter Cristina "Tina" Ross (spouse Michael Ross) their children Melissa Ross-Mclemore (Spouse Peter Mclemore) their daughter Araiya Mclemore, Steven and Kristen Ross.

Phil is also survived his sister Lucilla.

Phil is predeceased in death by his Father Juan and Mother Precilla, brother Alipio, Juan Jr., sisters Caritina and Precilla.
