With profound sorrow, the family announces the passing of Hermila Alanis Hernandez, who entered eternal rest on January 1, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 81.

Hermila was born on January 13, 1944, in Las Cruzitas, Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. She was a woman of remarkable strength, love, and devotion. Her life was centered on her family, whom she cherished deeply, and she will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Zenaido; her sons Eleuterio, Victor Manuel, Onesimo, and Florentino; and her daughters Maria Faustina, Eloisa, and Maria Isabel. She also leaves behind her brothers Teodoro and Panfilo, and her sister Elba. Hermila’s legacy lives on through her 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom were a constant source of pride and joy in her life.

Hermila will be laid to rest at Panteón Estación Cruzitas, located in the Municipio de Ciudad Valles, Rancho Estación Cruzitas, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, where she will rest peacefully in the land of her birth.

She will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her. May she rest in eternal peace.
