Ismael Martinez Cerda

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ismael Martinez Cerda, who departed this life on December 19th, 2024, at the age of 62. Ismael was born on September 22nd, 1962. He graced us with his presence, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for 62 memorable years.

Throughout his life, Ismael was known for his dedication to family, his tireless work ethic, and his generosity of spirit. His warmth and kindness touched the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Ismael is survived by his loving mother, Elvira; his devoted wife, Esther; his sons, Efrain, Josue Ismael, Jorge, and Anastacio; his daughters, Leticia, Elvira, Joanna, Marlene, and Daisy. His legacy continues through his beloved sisters, Micaela, Josefina, and Paula, as well as his nine treasured grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.

Family, friends, and those whose lives were influenced by Ismael are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, TX, on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will also be held on the same day at the Pilar Funeral Home, beginning at 6:00 pm, where we will celebrate and honor Ismael’s life.

His final resting place will be Panteón Municipal de Ahualulco del sonido 13 en Ahualulco San Luis Potosi México.
