J. Lucio Perez Mendez was born on January 7, 1953 in Huanimaro, Guanajuato, Mexico. He entered into rest on February 21, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. 

Lucio is survived by his wife Elva, sons Efrain, Eliazar, Lucio, Pedro, and Isidro, daughters Yolanda, Cecilia, Irene, and Maria de los Angeles, brothers Manuel and Magdaleno, and sisters Angelina, Mercedes, Margarita, Esperanza and Isabel, and grandchildren 9.

Lucio's resting place will be Lincoln Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
