Jaime Munoz Velazquez

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jaime Muñoz Velazquez, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, who left this world on May 5th, 2025, in Terre Haute, Indiana, at the age of 32. Born on May 17th, 1992, in Tepecoacuilco De Trujano, Guerrero, Mexico, Jaime's life, though brief, was marked by warmth, dedication, and love.

Jaime was a cherished son of Santos and Silvia Muñoz, who instilled in him values of hard work, integrity, and compassion.

He shared an unwavering bond with his wife, Maira Patricia, who stood by his side through life’s trials and triumphs. Together, they built a family centered on love and support. As a devoted father, Jaime was immensely proud of his children, Miguel Angel and Ana Jalehxy, always encouraging and inspiring them to pursue their dreams.

Jaime is also survived by his brother, Jesus Muñoz, with whom he shared an unbreakable fraternal bond. Jesus remembers Jaime as a brother who was always full of laughter and wisdom, a confidant throughout life's journey.

His family takes solace in the numerous cherished memories and the love Jaime brought into their lives and the lives of everyone he encountered.

His final resting place will be Cementerio de Rincon de la Cocina in Tepecoacuilco de Trujano, Guerrero, Mexico

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from those who knew and loved Jaime.

Jaime will forever be remembered for his generous spirit, unwavering love for his family, and his ability to light up a room with his smile.

Though he will be profoundly missed, his memory will forever remain alive in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. May he rest in peace.
