It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Javier Mendoza Bautista, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Javier passed away peacefully on Friday, February 21st, 2025, at the age of 73, in Richardson, TX.
Javier was born on Wednesday, April 25th, 1951, and throughout his life, he touched the hearts of many with his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to his family and community. He was a resident of Richardson, TX, where he was cherished by all who knew him.
Javier is survived by his devoted wife, Gloria, who stood by his side through all of life's journeys. He leaves behind a loving family, including his sons, Francisco Javier and Oscar, and his daughters, Veronica and Sariah. Javier was also a cherished brother to Roberto and Manuel, and a dear brother to Angela and Estela. His legacy continues through his 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.
A viewing and visitation will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in McKinney, TX, on Friday, February 28th, 2025, at 11:00 am. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Javier are invited to attend and celebrate his life.
Following the service, interment will take place at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in McKinney, TX, where Javier will be laid to rest.
Javier Mendoza Bautista will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love for his family, and his unwavering faith. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
