Joel Ramirez was born on August 12, 1964 in Zacatecas, México. He entered into rest on September 16, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.

Joel is survived by his wife Clara; sons Serafin and Joel Jr.; daughter Stefany; brothers Eutiquio and Alfredo; sisters Arcelia, Carolina, Herminda, Esperanza, Refugia and Noemi.

His final resting place will be Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
