He is survived by his mother Socorro; Wife Rosy Alvarez; sons Emir, Jose Ivan & Jose Luis Jr.; daughter Adriana; 12 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Ismael, Antonio, Roberto & Armando; sisters Maria Del Socorro, Adriana & Maria De Jesus.

Jose's final resting place will be Royse City Cemetery in Royse City, Texas.
