Julio Cesar Martinez Pedraza was born on November 12, 1973 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He entered into rest on June 12, 2022 in Dallas, Texas.

Julio is survived by his wife Minerva Correa; mother Juanita; sons Cesar Gabriel & Luis Mario; daughter Ana Karen; brothers Luis & Martin; sisters Adriana Cecilia, Graciela, & Sandra; 3 grandchildren.

Julio is preceded in death by his son Luis Fernando.

His final resting place will be Edgewood Cemetery in Lancaster, Texas.
