Luisa is survived by her husband Carlos Vera Chagoya; sons Carlos Vera, David Alfredo Vera & Carlos Enrique Vera; daughter Loida Vera de Perez; & 7 grandchildren, John Anthony Perez, Joseph Andrew Perez, Loida Amaris Perez, Zachary James Vera, Jacob Andrew Vera, Benjamin Nathan Vera, & Katelyn Sofia Grace Vera. She is also survived by her brother Gelacio Alfredo Oliveros & sister Amalia Oliveros Camet.

Luisa was preceded in death by her daughter Eunice Vera (Nicie) & her loving parents Antonio Oliveros & Amalia Camet.
