He is lovingly survived by his sons Brian Omar and Ricardo Manuel; his daughter Cindy Gabriela; his brothers Williams III and Julio; his sisters Griselda, Consuelo, Janet, and Vilma; as well as his two cherished grandchildren who brought great joy to his life. Manuel was preceded in death by his beloved brother Jaime, with whom he is now reunited in eternal peace.

Those who had the privilege of knowing him will remember his kindness, gentle nature, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to live on in every heart he touched.
