It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of María Del Carmen Salazar Navarro, who peacefully departed this world on May 4th, 2025, in Burleson, Texas, at the age of 87. She was born on November 12th, 1937, in Michoacan, Mexico, and lived a life filled with love, grace, and devotion to family.
María Del Carmen was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her warmth and kindness touched all who knew her, and her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Juana Yesenia, her dear brothers, Enrique, Raul, and Adolfo, as well as her loving sisters, Graciela, Rosa, Leticia, and Angelica. María Del Carmen was blessed with three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.
María Del Carmen was preceded in death by her cherished granddaughter, Mayra Guadalupe, whose memory she carried in her heart.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of María Del Carmen Salazar Navarro at a viewing and visitation on Friday, May 9th, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Pilar Funeral Home, located in Garland, Texas. A funeral service in her honor will also be held on the same day, at 6:00 pm.
María Del Carmen's legacy lives on through the love and memories she imparted to those fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of sharing in her life's journey.
May she rest in eternal peace.
