It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Margarito Vela Gomez, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. Born on January 26, 1967, in Sombrerete, Zacatecas, México, Margarito was a caring and dedicated family man who left this world peacefully on November 16, 2024, in Nevada, Texas.
Margarito was a man whose life was filled with love and dedication to his family. He is survived by his cherished wife, Dalila. Together, they built a life full of joy and support, nurturing a loving family that will forever cherish his memories.
He was a proud and loving father to his seven children: sons Alexis, Alejandro, Cesar, Enrique, and Pedro, and daughters Maria Patricia and Nataly. With unwavering faith and kindness, Margarito instilled in his children the values of love, respect, and perseverance. His legacy lives on in them, and they will continue to honor their father's memory in their lives.
Margarito is also survived by his devoted brother Felipe, and sisters Maria Asuncion, Maria Andrea, Maria De Jesus, Maria Del Carmen, and Maria Alejandra, who, along with the rest of the family, will miss him dearly but take comfort in the cherished moments they shared together.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Margarito's life at a viewing and visitation on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, Texas.
His final resting place will be in Panteon Municipal Los Martires in Sombrerete, Zacatecas, México.
