Maria Salud Ayala Acosta

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Salud Ayala Acosta, who departed this world on Sunday, February 23rd, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on Saturday, August 24th, 1946, Maria was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Maria was a devoted family woman, cherishing every moment spent with her loved ones. She is survived by her sons Javier, Rodrigo, and Francisco, her daughter Maria Guadalupe, and her sister Juana. Her legacy continues through her eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. Maria is also survived by her daughters-in-law Elsa Garcia y Maria Estela; and her son-in-law Antonio Granados.

Maria was preceded in death by her beloved son Hector, whom she has now joined in eternal rest.

A viewing and visitation will be held in her honor at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, TX, on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Maria are invited to come together to celebrate her life and share in the memories of the joy she brought to those around her.

Maria's gentle spirit and unwavering love will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace.
