Maria is survived by her husband Vicente; son Wilber; daughters Rosa Elizabeth and Zulema Arely; brothers Roberto, Neftaly, Armando, Alduvi, Adilman, and Jose Manuel; sisters Mercedez, Isabel, Mirian, Sonia, Norma, Aidee, and Yamileth; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

Her final resting place will be Cementerio Municipal de Moncagua in San Miguel, El Salvador.
