It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Flor Ramirez de Bahena, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. Maria passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 55, in Richardson, Texas.

Born on February 7, 1969, in Corono, Guanajuato, Mexico, Maria was a loving and devoted woman whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Maria was the cherished wife of Miguel Bahena and the proud mother of Miguel, Robert, and Linzy. She is also survived by her brothers, Eugenio, Tranquelino, and Luis, and her sister, Maria Dolores. Maria's love for her family knew no bounds, and she was a constant source of support, encouragement, and joy to those closest to her.

Maria Flor found joy in the simple yet meaningful things in life. She loved cooking tamales with great care, filling her home with the aroma of tradition and love. Her garden was her refuge, a place where she patiently nurtured life, just as she did with those around her. She always maintained a strong bond with her siblings in Mexico, calling them often to stay present in their lives despite the distance.

Her generosity knew no bounds; she always put the needs of others before her own and cared deeply for children, watching over them with immense love. She valued the health of her family and herself, ensuring they were always well. She loved visiting her loved ones, sharing laughter, and filling the room with jokes and pranks, as she had the gift of making everyone smile.

Maria Flor leaves behind a legacy of love, selflessness, and joy. Her memory will live on in every shared laugh, every meal prepared with love, and every act of kindness inspired by her example.

Maria will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain a source of love and strength to her family and all who knew her.
