Junior Grady Cartwright Jr. III, a dedicated plumber and beloved colleague, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 18, 2025, just days before his 71st birthday. Born on September 24, 1954, in San Diego, California, Junior lived in Dallas, Texas, for much of his life and was a beloved member of the community.
Known for his unwavering work ethic and craftsmanship, Junior took pride in his career as a plumber. His skill and dedication left an indelible mark on the people he served, and he was deeply respected by colleagues, customers, and friends.
Junior shared his life with his loving wife, Elizabeth, creating countless memories together. He was a proud father of seven children who were the joy of his life. He is survived by his sons Jason, Christopher, Steven, Shawn, Jeremiah, and Joshua; his daughter Kristen; and his numerous grandchildren, who brought him endless happiness.
Those who knew Junior will remember his generous heart, his contagious laugh, and the love he instilled in his family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the lives he touched.
Junior will be buried in the Blue Ridge Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Texas.
