It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Matthew Anthony Cruz, who left this world on Monday, February 10th, 2025, at the age of 26. Matthew was born on Thursday, May 14th, 1998, and grew up in a loving family in which he was cherished deeply.

Matthew was the beloved son of Rebbeca Cruz and Victor Cruz, and the adored brother of Victor Jr. He had a kind heart and an adventurous spirit that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His infectious smile and generous nature brightened the lives of his family and friends.

Matthew's family would like to extend their greatest gratitude to all those who have offered their support and condolences during this difficult time. Their unwavering love and shared memories have provided comfort and strength.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Pilar Funeral Home, where services will be held to honor Matthew’s life and legacy. Details of the service will be shared in due course for those who wish to attend and celebrate the beautiful soul that was Matthew Anthony Cruz.

Matthew will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will forever remain in our hearts.
