Maximiano is survived by his wife Rosie; sons Pedro Enrique & Guillermo; daughters Erika & Maxine; grandchildren William, Niobe, Jehilyn, Arturo Jr, Fernando & Melany & great granddaughter Ariana. Maximiano is also survived by his mother Teresa; brothers Luis & Miguel & sisters Yolanda, Amelia & Maria Elena.

Maximiano was preceded in death by his father Pedro; brother Ignacio & sister Gabriela.
