It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miryam Rowe, a cherished wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Miryam was born on February 2nd, 1955 in Valledupar, Colombia, and passed away on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at the age of 71.
Miryam was a woman of remarkable strength, resilience, and warmth, known for her unwavering dedication to her family and her compassionate nature. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity.
She is lovingly remembered by her beloved husband, John; her devoted daughter, Dalida; her brother Gabriel; and her sisters Emma and Maria. She leaves behind a legacy in her grandsons, John and Victor, and her great-granddaughter, Joan Jolyne. Miryam is also survived by her son-in-law, Fernando, and her adored nephews and nieces who held a special place in her heart.
Miryam was preceded in death by her dear daughter, Rosalbina, whose memory she cherished deeply.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Miryam’s life at a graveside service that will be held at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, TX, on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at 9:15 am. Her loved ones will gather to honor her life and the profound impact she had on all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
