She is survived by her mother Maria; husband Jose; sons Diego Armando & Gustavo; daughter Elizabeth Guadalupe; and 8 grandchildren. Ofelia is also survived by her brother Octavio; and sisters Rosalba & Maria Magdalena.

Ofelia's final resting place will be Sachse Cemetery in Sachse, Texas.
