He is survived by his son Roberto, daughter Ailen; and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Juan and Jorge; and sisters Juana, Lena, Paula, Alma & Josefina. His final resting place will be Panteon Municipal in El Terrero Norte, San Luis Potosí Mexico.
