Rene Cervando Arteaga Gallardo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rene Cervando Arteaga Gallardo, who departed this world on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on Wednesday, February 21st, 1962, Rene was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rene is survived by his devoted wife, Concepcion, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. He leaves behind a loving family, including his father Benjamin and mother Cristina, who cherished him dearly. Rene's legacy continues through his children: sons Christian Enrique and Rene Cervando, and daughters Mayra Alejandra and Pamela Concepcion. He was a proud grandfather to Christian Joseph, Emma Sofia, and Christian Alexander, who brought immense joy to his life.

Rene is also survived by his brother Guillermo and sisters Lorena, Diana, and Yasmin, who shared countless memories and moments of laughter with him throughout the years.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing and visitation, which will be held at Pilar Funeral Home in Garland, TX, on Sunday, April 20th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This will be a time to honor Rene's life, share stories, and find comfort in the company of loved ones.

Rene will be laid to rest at his final resting place, Jardines del Parque, in Torreon, Coahuila De Zaragoza, Mexico.

Rene Cervando Arteaga Gallardo will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace.
