Rene Toro

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rene Toro, who departed this life on February 19, 2026, in Plano, Texas, at the age of 59. Born in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, Rene lived a life defined by resilience, love, and a deep devotion to his family and community.

Rene is survived by his parents, Ramon and Emelda. A devoted and cherished father, he leaves behind his beloved daughters: Ingris, Cindy, Lisbeth, Emelda, and Lilieth, who were the pride and greatest joy of his life.

He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers Ramon, Julio, Miguel, and Efrain; and his sisters Ingrid, Zoila, and Maria, who shared in his life’s journey and stood beside him through its many seasons. Rene was a proud and doting grandfather to nine grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness and fulfillment.

Rene had a true zest for life and found joy in life’s simple pleasures—especially sharing good meals and laughter with family and friends.
