Roger Lee Woods

Pilar funeral home joins the family of Reverend Roger Lee Woods in honoring and remembering his life.

Roger was born on August 23, 1949, in Wolfe city, Texas, to his Mother Bernice McBeth Woods, and his Father R. C. Woods.

He will be deeply missed by his daughter Saquinya, son Shane, sisters Gwen Jenkins, and Annie Woods brothers, Bobby, and Marvin Woods, as well as many other family members, including Cousin Mary Higgs, Portia McBeth Talbot, Paula McBeth Woods and others, including his companion Mary Elizabeth Ochs, and friends who loved him dearly. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished him.

Roger is preceded in death by his father, R. C. Woods, and his mother Bernice McBeth Woods.
The final resting place for Reverend Roger L. woods will be at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney, Texas, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life and legacy.
