Roque is survived by his wife Miriam Noemi; stepson Emmanuel; stepdaughter Kimberly Noemi; son-in-law Constantino. He is also survived by his father Anselmo; mother Lucia; brothers Juan, Inocencio, Jesus & Benjamin; sisters Margarita, Gilda, Jacqueline, Cristina, Laura & Colvi; brother-in-law Marvin; sisters-in-law Elizabeth, Norma & Ebelin; nephews Elias, Ricardo & Adrian & nieces Zaida, Vanessa, Alison Nohemy, Jassmin & Sofia Guadalupe.

Roque's final resting place will be Panteon Guadalupe in El Potrero De Los Sauceda, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
