It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Santos Nino, who departed this world peacefully on July 31, 2025, in Richardson, Texas. Born on November 1, 1969, in Ahualulco, San Luis Potosi, Santos was a treasured son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Santos was the beloved son of Tomas, who survives him. He was the devoted husband of Maria Leticia, cherishing a marriage filled with love and laughter. Together, they raised a beautiful family.
He leaves behind his sons, Santos Jr. and Jonathan, and his daughters, Wendy Lucero and Jessenia, all of whom were the pride and joy of his life. Santos's legacy continues through his six cherished grandchildren: Nayeli, Aiden, Nicole, Jacob, Mateo, and Naomi.
Santos was part of a large and loving family, and is survived by his brothers Marcelo and Arturo, and his nine sisters: Felipa, Maria, Maria Asencion, Teresa, Celia, Elvira, Maria De Jesus, Josefina, and Beatris.
He was an avid supporter of the soccer team Las Chivas, and his favorite color, black, was a small yet cherished aspect of his identity.
Santos’s memory will be honored and will be laid to rest at Garland Memorial Park in Garland, Texas.
He will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. The memory of Santos and the impact he made through his kind actions and loving heart will live on eternally.
